Shipping & Fulfilment Policy

Last updated: December 4, 2025

This Shipping Policy outlines shipping, fulfillment, and invoicing procedures for white-label partners. By engaging in our white-label programs, partners agree to all terms described below.

What to Expect: As a white-label partner, you should be aware that Montana Made Tallow covers the initial shipping costs when fulfilling orders to your end customers.

These shipping expenses are then invoiced to you after the shipment is completed. You will be responsible for reimbursing Montana Made Tallow for all shipping charges incurred on your behalf, and timely payment of these invoices is required to maintain fulfillment services.

1. Overview

We operate as the manufacturer and fulfillment provider for our white-label partners.

When a partner sells a product under their own brand, we manufacture, package, and ship the product directly to their customer.

2. Order Flow for White-Label Partners
2.1 Storefront Integration
White-label partners grant access to their storefront or provide required order data.

This allows us to:
- Receive order notifications
- Fulfill orders automatically
- Ship products directly to the partner’s customers

2.2 Dropship-Style Fulfillment
- The partner sells the product at their chosen retail price
- Their customer pays them directly
- We manufacture and ship the product on the partner’s behalf, using the partner’s branding

3. Shipping Costs & Invoicing
3.1 Manufacturer Pays Shipping Upfront
To streamline fulfillment, the manufacturer (our company) covers the shipping cost at the time the order is shipped.
3.2 Retailer Must Reimburse Shipping Costs
White-label partners agree that:
- The retailer/partner is fully responsible for all shipping costs associated with fulfilling their customer orders.
- After each shipment, we will invoice the retailer for the shipping fees.
- The retailer must reimburse these costs according to the payment terms specified on the invoice.
- Continued service is contingent upon timely invoice payment.
3.3 Non-Payment
Failure to pay shipping invoices may result in:
- Suspension of fulfillment services
- Termination of white-label partnership
- Collection or legal action on unpaid balances

4. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times vary by destination and carrier.
- Domestic USA: 3–7 business days
- International: 7–21 business days

These are estimates, not guarantees. Delays caused by carriers, customs, or external events are not our responsibility.

5. Address Accuracy
Partners are responsible for ensuring that customer shipping addresses are correct. Incorrect or incomplete addresses may result in:
- Delayed delivery
- Returned packages
- Additional fees (passed to the retailer)

6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
We assist in filing carrier claims for lost or damaged shipments. Replacements or refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis and are issued at our discretion.

7. Policy Updates
This Shipping Policy may be updated at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting.
