Our Montana Beef is raised hormone-free and is free-ranged grazing on our lush Montana pastures. We only supplement the herd’s diet with healthy, natural feeds that promote healthy cattle and lean, rich Montana Beef: fresh, protein-rich alfalfa that we grow ourselves. Frequently Asked Questions??
What does the process look like once I've put my deposit down on a beef?
Once you have put a deposit down and spoken to me about beef I will let you know of an estimated kill date. Once the beef is brought to the processor it will hang and dry age for 10-14 days. During that time I will be in contact with you about how you want your beef processed and the final weight of your beef. The beef is customized to how you want it (steaks, roasts, short ribs, burger 80/20, and more). After an estimated two weeks I will go pick up the beef from the processor and deliver it to you.
What is the turnaround time after I order beef?
After the beef is slaughtered, they will need to dry-age for 10-14 days and then will be cut and wrapped. Turnaround time is estimated at two weeks from kill date.
